Our story begins in the former Western Wire Factory, where our founder saw beyond the weathered brick and industrial framework to envision a gathering place that would honor both past and present. The careful renovation preserved the soul of this Victorian-era building while breathing new life into its spaces. Today, diners can still admire the original 19th-century elements, from exposed brick and beams to restored factory pulley systems, all complemented by modern touches like our handcrafted steel fireplace and comfortable leather banquettes.

Long before “farm-to-table” became a movement, SqWires made a commitment to sustainability and local sourcing. For 23 years, we’ve proudly partnered with local farmers, believing that the best flavors come from our own community.
