November also hosts World Vegan Day (come inhale the heady fragrance and enjoy the taste and texture of our luscious vegetable lasagna; our polenta with stewed white beans and collard greens; the vegetable ragu with crispy spinach; open-faced grilled vegetable pita; and banana toast with real maple syrup).
