Stay cool! It’s June and SqWires has creative ways to serve up the best of the season all month long. Celebrate Fathers Day, Flag Day, Lafayette Square House & Garden Tour, Baseball, Concerts in the Park, the Official Start of Summer. Summer harvest is here in everyday specials sauteed, tossed into salads, berries pureed into lemonade, sprinkled over sponge cake, baked into bread pudding – yummmmm.
Fathers Deserve Brunch at SqWires every weekend – Saturday & Sunday 8am til 3 pm – ala carte brunch entrees hearty enough to last you all day. Plus the magnificent Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar stocked with dozens of accompanyments to accessorize your favorite beverage.
Lafayette Square House and Garden Tour is not to be missed – visit 13 homes and 4 private gardens plus carriage rides, trolley rides, plein aire painters, free concert, vintage base ball June 7 & 8 10 am til 5 pm.

Every day is special at SqWires – Tuesday’s SqWare Plates are a weekly special selection of $5 taste treats to mix and match and share. Wednesday’s half-price bottle of wine with your entree is a super opportunity to try new whites, reds, sparklers. Weeknight happy hours drinks and hors d’oeuvres are priced just right for your pocketbook. And Friday night $1 fresh shucked oysters and huge steamed shrimp are the perfect end to a long week.
